Fit Force – Inspiring young minds, building healthy bodies
Fit Force is our family fitness programme. Our mission is to inspire children at a young age to develop a love of exercise and to lead a healthy life style that will stay with them throughout their lives. We also run Parent and Child classes so that the whole family can work out together – what better way to inspire your little ones than by showing them how it’s done!
TINY TROOPERS Age 4 – 7 years
Our Tiny Troopers programme provides a safe and fun environment for young children to start to exercise. Each week we focus on a different key area of physical development using interactive games and playful challenges to develop motor skills, balance, flexibility, spatial awareness and co-ordination. Tiny Troopers will also learn about the effects of a healthy life style on their bodies.
LITTLE COMMANDOS Age 8 – 11 years
Little Commandos uses fun games and challenges with a little sprinkling of army discipline to focus on the main areas of physical development: flexibility, agility, balance, co-ordination, strength and endurance. Little Commandos will also learn about all the factors that affect healthy development including making healthy choices in relation to food and why we should exercise.
TEENS FITNESS Age 12 – 16
Designed to keep teenagers interested in exercise and healthy living, our varied programmes include boot camps, boxing fitness, team games and instruction on how to use weights and equipment safely. Areas of development include: strength, endurance, co-ordination, flexibility, confidence, team building and communication.
