“What a difference good nutrition and just a few hours of hard work each week can make. I was relatively active before starting the 6-week Transformation at the Unit, attending two aerobic classes a week. However, I wasn’t losing weight, I had no focus, my energy levels were low, and my baby-belly was taking on a life of its own!

The sessions were never dull, never the same and they flew by. Week one was tough! Change of diet and the dreaded DOMS. But to my surprise I wasn’t hungry. I was eating more than I had done previously – just without the rubbish.
By week three I was already starting to feel the change in my strength. I started to look forward to the DOMS knowing that my muscles were building. This was a weird concept for me as I’d never class myself as the ‘sporty’ type.

These results are amazing for just 6 weeks. If you’re willing to stick to the plan and follow good nutrition guide lines 90% of the time, then you too could have similar results. Adherence is always key to success. Most people don’t stick to a plan long enough to see it out and give up too early. The best thing about this plan though is that is sustainable. I don’t tell clients exactly what to eat, I guide them and help then make their own plan. This is crucial as you learn along the way and are then able to “fly on your own” after wards. We haven’t reinvented the wheel with this, its basic stuff but taught in a way that you can implement forever.
