In January we will be starting our fitness testing programme. Every 8 weeks you are invited to join us at The Unit to track and record your progress. Beginning the morning with your health assessments, you will then move on to complete a number of our standard fitness tests, before finishing with a timed, measured run.
Testing is really important so that you can see the real improvements you are making to your health and well being by committing to a fitness and diet regime. Equally if you’re not seeing the results you want to, we can work with you to tweak your programme to get you back on track.
Our first fitness test is on Saturday 9th January so get your New Year off to a bang and join us. Friends and family are welcome to join you and see what you’ve been up to!
